The feature of this production line is as followed.
1. Used for identification and inserting ¦µ12-16-20mm dripper in high speed.
Inserting speed is 500pcs/min. Distance of dripper is 100mm-1500mm.
2. Automatic punching speed is as high as 500 pcs drilling /min. Can be used for drilling double drip holes, four drip holes.
3. Realized full automation for pipe coiling, cutting, roll changing, metering. Machinery speed is <=150 m/min. Winding speed and roll volume controlled by PLC touch screen.
Beside, scraps absorbing device is optional per customer¡¯s requirement. That will help to clean the punching scraps full automatically in high speed.
